A longtime leader in credit card processing and merchant services, VersaPay has recently launched into the accounts receivable management market – specifically cloud-based. Having a previous relationship with the company’s CEO, Riordon was asked to rebrand VersaPay and their new product ARC™ (Accounts Receivable Cloud) with this new business and product focus. “Once our customers sign up, we don’t want them to have to think about it. It just works for them and it’s secure on the cloud”, was a comment that came up numerous times. Over a three-month period, we worked to develop a brand identity, product identity and tagline that echoed this comment – hence “smart. simple. secure”. From there we rolled out a corporate brochure, responsive website design, trade show booth, stationery and support graphics that give VersaPay the tools to confidently carry forward.
