We started by designing a brand identity that included a classic typographic for "Chelster Hall", developing the tagline, "The Building of a Legacy". An illustrative image of the home, in the tradition of an 18th century intaglio etching complemented the typographic as part of the brand identity. In the foreground their two Golden Labs, Chelsea and Chester are featured, after which the house is named. The project also included the development of a separate brand identity for their "Chapel of St. Francis", on the property by the lake.
We designed a Style Guide, a stationery system, Trades thank you presentations, a website splash page and bronze plaques featuring both brands on either gate post at the estate entrance.
